Dr. Marable offers consultations for denominations, churches, church planters, missionaries, and parachurch organizations. Each need is unique and MI will offer a customized look. MI can provide references for our work with each category listed below.

Consultation for Denominations:

· Research of current attitudes and practices of churches, church leaders, and church members as it relates to outreach

· Strategic planning based on the research and analysis for the purpose of increasing member participation in outreach to the unchurched

· “Just In Time” training that is highly participatory and based on the adult education model. We offer a variety of delivery systems.

· Coaching for every facet of denominational life with a focus on the membership level

· Learning Communities are established to facilitate the contextualization of universal principles into each church’s culture and needs

· Train the Trainer certification empowers denominational executives and pastors to replicate the system throughout the denomination

Consultation for Churches:

· MI will conduct a survey and assessment of attitudes and practices that impact outreach effectiveness in your church to establish a baseline measurement for planning purposes

· If desired, a strategic plan will be created based on the research and analysis for the purpose of increasing member participation in outreach to the unchurched

· A seminar using our “Just In Time” training that is highly participatory and based on the adult education model. Your pastor will be equipped to complete the training process.

· Coaching for everyone involved in the outreach process

· Your pastor will be invited to participate in a Learning Community to facilitate the contextualization of universal principles into your church’s culture and needs

Consultation for Church Planters:

· Strategic planning based on the goals of your church planter or organization.

· Research of the target community

· “Just In Time” training is offered to the church planting group, depending on the church planting methodology.

· Coaching for everyone on the church planting team

· Learning Communities will be established to increase understanding and facilitate the speed of growth

· Church Planting Movement principles and practices may be taught and implemented if desired
